Have been a patient in the practice since September 2001, at that time still H. Prof.DR. W. Storm. Now I am a patient with H. Dr D. Vergho. I can recommend the successor with a very clear conscience. I felt that I was in good hands, technically it is like its predecessor at a high level. What has not changed in the last 20 years is the waiting time, but you have to say that if you need help then you are happy to wait.

I am very pleasantly surprised by everything. I used to be with Dr. Sturm and very satisfied why I have now sought out my successor, Dr. Vergho. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the next day because of the complaints. I was advised of the long wait. It also took a long time, the staff was friendly and the doctor was very quiet, took a lot of time and examined me thoroughly despite the crowds. Thanks for the short notice. COVID-19 measures were also carried out, such as airing the waiting room regularly (people had to walk 5 minutes in front of the house) and the distance between the seats was ensured. It's great to have found a successor where you feel that you are in good hands if you need one!

The operation was carried out professionally - despite complications. However, Dr. Vergho didn't have time for queries during follow-up care and disparaging remarks were unfortunately not an isolated case. He also employs a clinic assistant who is outrageous and basically unfriendly. We therefore turned to another doctor for further follow-up care. Conclusion: technically good, not personally.
