Very friendly doctor, always smiling, makes you feel at ease. Speaks German and Russian (no English). It's easy to get an emergency appointment. The waiting time is ok. The receptionists could be nicer, they never smile and are more on the tough side. It's not always easy to find a parking space but parking is free.
