I have an acute eye infection and have just been turned away from the practice because only my own patients are treated as emergencies. What shoud that??
If things continue like this, you have to be admitted to a hospital for every clinical picture, I think it's unheard of how I was treated here.
In fact, being friendly is different. The sound makes the music. Professional is a subtle tone, because nobody wants to have their health discussed in the hallway.

I also don't understand the negative comments at all. Great modern practice, friendly staff both by phone and on site. You always have an open ear and you are always helped. I always got an appointment for the important follow-up examinations of my Femto Lasik surgery, which I carried out on September 17, 2020. The waiting times in practice are also relatively short. Great team in Landau and also in Landshut around Dr. Houda. The operation went without pain and everything is explained to you very precisely during the operation. Thank you very much again a real gain in quality of life wake up without glasses and everything is sharp to see in the distance
The receptionists behave badly, no greeting, no request or thank you, speak in the command tone. You are a supplicant here, not a customer.
