The employees are absolutely unfriendly and just don't feel like doing their job! You are sent from A to B and nobody is responsible for anything. The trainees probably have absolutely no idea what they are doing, running from colleague to colleague and yet you as a customer are not helped and you have to worry about it. In short, the service is a disaster and in the event of further incidents of this kind, I will consider staying with the Sparkasse for a longer period of time.

This bank is not exactly customer focused. The opening hours are a disaster. The staff are rude and not exactly motivated. A wrong advice is on the agenda here. Partly only the rear exits are open to leave the bank. All in all a catastrophic bank

0% service. You imagine that you are a customer. Long-term customer, for example on his account or credit, or with a deposit or withdrawal (e.g. EC card) or simply by asking for information about "xy" something in a savings bank or there is a problem. What should you do ?, Exactly!. Not be / remain a Sparkasse customer. Why? Because I had to learn it the hard way (again). Not that there have often been problems with the account, that employees are unfriendly and disinterested or how often the EC card acknowledges service (Sparkasse customer!). The last and best example with me?. You pay a three-digit sum in cash, the system or the machine goes on strike (not the first time ... even the employees say in secret) and what happens. Nothing. For almost 2 weeks now I've been chasing my money and nothing happens. Employees "put you off" and shift the blame from A to B and back. Only at visit no. 2 do you as a customer say "That the processing should take 1 week until the money arrives" (... Not that it is cheeky enough that my money is handled like this, or what please take 1 week should if the proven fault lies with the Sparkasse) ... but "doesn't matter". So, then you wait and wait for HIS MONEY WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED to do. And nothing happens in week 2 either and you are "put off with talking" again. Nothing happens. I am still waiting for my money (I hope I see it again sometime). And to a large extent I am being delayed as a customer and no one here as an employee feels responsible for a customer. Not to mention giving a customer a quick and confidential solution. I can cope with this situation but one imagines (who has read this far) that YOU urgently need to pass money on because it is "a matter of life and death" or because you have little money available and are urgently dependent on this deposited money and, .... nothing happens. And as in the case of me, the bank is not at all interested in deletion. What do "you" then ... yes?! .. nothing because you have entrusted your money with you twitching in the lurch. I was a Sparkasse customer for the last time. ps. Please tell me a bank of the size that demands horrendous interest rates, demands account fees or where technical or personnel problems slow down or even stop your everyday life. Yes, Sparkasse. And what remains? ... exactly 0% service.
