Due to a temporary health problem, it was not so easy for me to come to the branch myself. The consultant Julia Scheugenpflug took me on and we were able to make an appointment for a consultation at my home. I received great advice and support for a really perfect loan offer. A very competent bank that responds strongly to the interests and needs of customers. Reachable at any time and an open ear for any concerns. My personal customer advisor, Mr. Alexander Jobst, is a very friendly and reliable advisor. Thanks to him I was able to open an account very quickly and without any problems and he took care of everything regarding my old bank, etc. Many thanks to the GREAT bank.
