I had two appointments with my baby in practice. The second appointment was with Mr. V.d.By yourself. Mr. V.d.Burch handled my baby very well! He found out what my baby was missing and was able to treat it successfully. That same evening I noticed a positive change in my baby. Meanwhile my little sweetheart moves, rolls and balls around. 👶 I am happy and very satisfied. If I need an osteopath for my baby again, we only go to Mr. v.d.Burch personally. 100% recommendation on my part Unfortunately there is also something negative. Getting an appointment with him takes months 😞 that's a big problem in my eyes, since the baby will of course have to be treated soon and not in 4-6 months. If you put yourself on a list, you're lucky enough to get there earlier if another appointment is canceled 😊

Marten van Burch is a great therapist !!!! To counteract the bad review of the other lady ...... Here is my opinion .... I was with him for the first time with my 3y daughter before 6j. After being with other osteopaths who asked for a lot of money, nothing has gotten better! We are very happy to have accepted the long distance and the long waiting time! At that time I recommend H. v. Burch my pediatrician as he said, the best and can help us! Of course it is a great pity that H. v. Burch only treats children and babies, but babies can not talk and say nothing about pain, tension, .... That's why the little ones need the best! Since the demand is very high here, the logical consequence is that he has no time to treat adults too! For that he has set a lady therapist who meets his high standards! Otherwise she is not allowed to work in his practice. Would be stupid to hire a bad employee :) I would not worry much about the lady on the phone. She is not present at the therapy, does not sit next to one in the waiting room and does not want to drink coffee with them. Honestly, that's not a dream job either. But a very emotional job. How hard must it be to have to say to people with major disabilities, pain, longer illness, physical and physical complaints, after accidents or longer illness ... "No we are sorry, we only have an appointment in months!" Because there are many of their kind. No H. v. Burch does not take adults. Unfortunately, he only treats small people, because they need even more help. Therefore, how many times a day does the lady have tears on the phone or is she insulted? I think after the long years with Mr. v. Burch she had to put off the emotions, otherwise you take everything personally and makes you break! Of course, I can not deny that it is also with more love for the individual people or one can do nothing for the other. And actually you would have to press them every time at the practice entrance, but I'm also a little afraid of her :) Just please do yourself all the favor and since all the nicer to her. Do not be deterred from going there. Swallow down and through! The price is very cheap compared to most osteopaths. And NORMAL is the statement ..... if osteopathy is applied correctly to the little ones, you do NOT have to come back a second time :) So call and let's give you an appointment in about half a year. It is worth it .. You can also call during pregnancy, so since you got up early enough (I did at the second, so was the little 5 weeks old during our visit) Here for the nerves when telephoning ...... Catastrophic secretary / receptionist (Mrs. Maier). Something incompetent and unfriendly has never been found in a doctor's office. Unfortunately, I can not say anything to Herr van der Burch himself, but he MUST be an insanely good doctor if people make appointments despite this lady. He will make up for it. I called today for a new appointment because I can not take my appointment. In January, my daughter would also have an appointment. ATTENTION! Mr. Van der Burch only treats babies, adults do the colleague! I have then "explain" why this is so. Explaining = pulling every single word out of your nose. No matter. In the end I got a new date for April and the one for my daughter in january. At the end of the conversation, Ms. Maier said "ok then we delete the appointment from January too" and hung up. I immediately called again and said, the date in January by no means delete! (I have already made that out in the summer, very long waiting times) Then came in reply seriously, she has now forgiven again. Within 30 seconds? No, I need the appointment for my daughter! And we have been waiting for a long time already "Yes, now she can not change anything". Um, yes, call the other lady, apologize that there was a misunderstanding and that's it! Nothing to do. An absolute impudence! We will never meet Mr van der Burch now. It's just brazen what Ms. Maier has pulled off here!
