The waiting time this morning on Monday was a bit longer, but not too long. A distinction is made between acute and appointment patients in order to reduce times. The doctor took his time, gave me the information I needed and we could briefly exchange ideas. Very friendly, the entire team as far as I could see. Walking up the floors is too much for older people, there is an elevator for that, but due to Corona you have to wait in front of it.
Office hours help sometimes very unfriendly. One has to keep explaining and debating. I am very sorry that my old doctor, Dr. Tkaczyk has retired, has given up the practice. He never had such unfriendly debates.
Not recommended!
Very unfriendly staff, on the phone and in practice. Do not respond to the needs of the patient at all and as a health insurance patient one is hardly examined. I also got wrong diagnoses more often.
Wouldn't like to give a star at all !!

All always friendly
I only went into practice because it was recommended to me. I felt sick and I could hardly stay on the chair. Both doctors just looked at me and were silent. Well, I got up and left.
I went to another doctor and he referred me to several specialists.
