Get an appointment super quickly, very friendly and competent staff! Everything went as it should. I can only recommend it

Very long waiting for an appointment, and then in practice. You wait in the waiting room and then again in front of the treatment room under 1 to 1.5 hours. You can't get out. Great with kids right now. You also have to wait a long time to register without getting a "Hello" or a "Please wait a minute". Often no eye contact is made. Employees are stressed and rather unfriendly. But a young man is very competent. Appointments are often canceled or postponed at short notice. Difficult to reach by phone. The attending doctor was friendly, but was nevertheless referred to the eye clinic.

"botched" the eyes during surgery. Please avoid. Unfortunately. Better to move to Regensburg.

I would give this practice 5 minus stars. Doctors just switch over here, their competence is relatively okay. Unfortunately, it's all about Provit. If you actually have a serious eye disease (congenital) you should not be treated here. The team around it can no longer be topped in terms of incompetence. I was there 3 times for something simple in itself because the ladies have no idea what they are doing. For that apprenticeships are an absolute no go! Eyes are a sensible matter! My advice goes elsewhere!
