Very, very dissatisfied. Fischmann did not want to give my mother a referral for certain specialists, she thinks she can examine it herself, has threatened that the next time there could be a problem with her getting a referral. Shameless, never again!

Nobody wants to help you here. Far too much clientele. Already on the phone unfriendly. It does not interest you what is missing you. For a follow-up examination after an operation, you did not know why we were there, had actually made an appointment on the phone. Also, the transfer slip for the OP was advertised by you. You could pass by before an appointment, I think. At my mother-in-law, an ultrasound was performed on the abdomen. When the operating hospital requested it, they were told they had no findings. As if we were the idiots and thought this up. Impossible.

So what unfriendly staff. As regards greetings, for the staff this is a foreign word. You are treated like dirt. Never again do I set foot in it!
