Doctors are really great, only the associated staff leaves a lot to be desired. Stress is one thing, but taking it out on patients may not be the right thing to do. Above all, you should put a person at the reception who is also interested in the patient's concerns and does not have their bad mood and displeasure on their face 24/7!
