Dr. Falcon is a good, competent and nice doctor. The assessment is aimed more at the organization than at the doctors. If I have an appointment with my child at 8:00 a.m. and then get there at 8:35 a.m., that is not possible. Especially since you are brought to the doctor's room at 08:10, the child is supposed to take off the diaper and then has to wait almost half an hour. If you ask at 08:25, where the doctor is, you will get the answer: You have an appointment at 08:00, which Dr. should be there right away. Wonderful... Such waiting times are not okay. Please organize better.

Dr Falke is only recommended, dealing with the child is particularly great!
