Staff friendly and courteous. However, you could not even look at the MRI image. Only a CD was given and nothing more. Appointments went relatively quickly (after a call in one and a half months)

The helpers were all very nice, short wait. That was unfortunately all positive. At the end, a CD with the recordings is pressed into your hand with the words "In two weeks, your referrer has the findings". Here I would have expected that my recordings are the same or at least for the time being evaluated.

Very unfriendly employee on the phone. I will certainly not contact this practice again. You should treat the patients a little more politely.
