Both the first conversation and each training session take place in a pleasant atmosphere. You notice the interest in the sport, but also in the people. This makes you feel in good hands. Time is taken for the individual needs and the training is individually adapted. Sweating with fun and in a good mood. Keep it up.

Super relaxed atmosphere. I am fit and do sports 4 times a week, but I will remember the sore muscles even longer. Can recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve a lot with little time !!

What can I say, in 20 minutes you feel as fit as 2 hours of sport class. Special praise also for the great employees! Every question was explained to me in detail and you just feel very comfortable.

Best studio !! Great training with professional trainers. The atmosphere motivates and the showers after training are a dream. More vacation than fitness - Straubing couldn't have gotten any better! Keep it up 👍🏽
