Great studio, great instructions, very good and competent trainer, great equipment. Everything very well maintained. Ivana always arranges the lessons very diversely and always with the use of various "aids" (ball, ring, roller, etc.). Despite the efforts, the hours fly by. I can only recommend it.
Ivana is a very experienced trainer. Before her lessons, she also likes to ask about problems and then treat them during the lessons. You notice an improvement in symptoms after a short time. She gives you good tips to incorporate Pilates into everyday life. Due to the small number of groups (max. 6 participants) she has everyone in view and thus avoids the exercises being carried out incorrectly.
I can only recommend the Core Pilates Studio!
Ivana is a very experienced and nice trainer. She has created a very well-kept studio with top equipment quality.
She explains each exercise and makes sure that everyone does everything correctly. You can always help with physical complaints.
Small group training, online training and devices such as reformer, chair and trampoline are SUPER.
Every training with Ivana is very motivating and fun!
