Warm association, perfect for those who don't like sports, loners and people who don't feel like the comfort zone 🦥
The training on strength and some stamina in the group, on time I have discovered for myself. Because in my professional life I have to think so much, I'm glad that I do not have to do it during the training. On time and on instructions to success, with pleasure. After trial training you know more.
Training was excellent. Very demanding, but feasible. Also a really nice training group, where everyone is really accepted.
After the first trial I was thrilled and immediately became a member. Could not introduce anything to me at CrossFit first. That is awesome. Fitness, pure fun, performance, variety, community, great people. Just fits. I was annoyed for a long time by the training in the gym, always the same training plan, occupied equipment, missing competent trainers etc.
Can I recommend to anyone who needs to experience fitness properly.
Thumbs up for CrossFit in Lower Bavaria. Dropinbooking via phone or email. The first surprise on site: Top outdoor training area. In the Earlybirdsession you meet a diehard team, that warmly welcomes you. The hour has 90 minutes and you have time for your own additions.
