One item too much and wrong amount was calculated on one invoice. Only after 10 weeks and with the help of consumer protection and the state pharmacy chamber were they ready to issue a credit. Before that there was no reaction or the owner was not available. The undisputed amount has been paid in the meantime, but reminders are still being issued. Today I called to speak to the accounting department to give her the transfer date - she can then check her incoming payments herself. But no, no getting through here, the colleague is already briefed and requires proof of transfer. Occurs more often. Such an approach suggests an absolute mess in accounting. Especially since you are dealing with seriously ill patients who are unlikely to notice irregularities, this should not be the case! To date, no apology or unjust awareness has been shown, which by far disappoints me the most.

Hi, I unfortunately had to find that the staff behave very unprofessional. I'm honest, otherwise you do not understand the problem. I wanted to get a "pill after" and instead of doing their job and giving me a neutral advice, I was laughed at by an employee and condemned. Then she went back to get the product and I could hear how she had laughed at me there with her co-worker. I was shocked and felt personally attacked. I'm not writing this because I want to hurt somebody, but because I want the employees to think about it and take their job more seriously. This is your job and your personal opinion has lost nothing. But then everyone wonders why so many girls get pregnant. Simply because they prefer to take risks instead of being offered by the pharmacists then something if they want to do the right thing. It's really embarrassing to go there because of such an intimate theme. Then you expect professionalism! As for me, I will not visit this pharmacy!
