Very long waiting times (3 hours) Very unfriendly reception staff. Very insubordinate sisters, disrespectful, naughty, hyperactive. Inadequate medical diagnosis. Not enough information for medication purchase.

Receptionist acts like she is the doctor. Dr. Schumann himself is nice and nice ... takes time for each patient. Unfortunately, your receptionist is the worst thing I've ever seen ... Friendliness and clarification about diagnoses are foreign words. 90% of the time you are simply dismissed and sent to a specialist ... even with small things ... (slight infection). A shame for Ms. Dr. Schumann :) Reception is junk ... Doctor is great !!!!
