Punctual opening of the practice is not part of the practice here. 10 minutes after opening a sister has to open the door. After talking with other waiting patients this should be normal. In my opinion, that's not OK. What are the opening hours? The second point that made me really bad is that no new patients are admitted. Not even as a private patient, what's the point if I need medical treatment and be rejected. This makes me so angry that I would not give this practice a single star and I wish that such a way is not long existent
