We have had only positive experiences in advising customers in the areas of core business and real estate. Our consultants from both areas were and are always at our side with advice and action. One wheel simply engages with the other. From the ladies in the entrance area to personal advice.

A nice office with a super friendly team. Here value is still placed on the customer's well-being. It's best to convince yourself.

Bad service. You make an appointment with the advisors you get suggested (although I have slowly lost track of who I have as an adviser because they are constantly changing - 4 advisors in 6 months. Don't know if this is normal) and what happens after 15 min. long ignored: NOTHING. On the contrary, you are accused of not making an appointment and of not knowing what it is all about. As an existing customer, you will only be fooled and laughed at. Sorry Sparkasse, but you are not the only bank and maybe you should consider why many change. To the ladies at the reception: you do a great job. I will definitely quit the Sparkasse.
