Poor communication on the phone. During a personal visit to the practice, then a very rude treatment on the part of a doctor's assistant. Since the practice was the vacation replacement for my actual doctor, I assume that strange patients probably have a rather lower status in this practice. For my part, I will forego further visits.

After 2 very disappointing appointments with other neurologists, I was a bit worried about this doctor's appointment.
Dr. Windisch took a lot of time for me, took me seriously, listened to me very attentively and discussed the follow-up / recommendations with me in great detail.
Dr. Windisch was very attentive to me, competent, empathetic, and made me feel that he understands me, takes my medical history seriously and I am in good hands with him.
I can see Dr. Windisch only recommend. A very nice, sympathetic neurologist who knows how to treat the patients. I felt taken seriously and understood.
