I can't say anything about the doctors themselves. I haven't made it that far. With outside temperatures of almost 30 degrees and non-air-conditioned rooms, I only managed to wait 50 minutes with my 9-month-old baby and then had to leave the practice with an overheated baby. The staff could also be friendlier or more accommodating if you make them aware of such a situation.
Very nice doctors, very competent, nice team of medical assistants. I always like to go there and feel in good hands there.
Ms. Runau refuses a last ultrasound a week before the caesarean section to see whether everything is okay, which actually belongs to the final examination, refers to own payment, ridiculous! Very arrogant, snappy doctor who can never feel into pregnant women. No empathy nothing! Without words....
