You have to emphasize the friendliness of the ladies at the reception. Unfortunately, something like that is very rare in doctors' offices. Dr. Firnschild is an empathetic and caring doctor who addresses the fears of patients. You won't get rid of him so quickly and he patiently answers all questions.
