I found Mrs. Schüttauf-Blatter to be very unfriendly. She gave me an appointment and supposedly didn't know anything about it. I found the appointments to be badly organized.

This woman saved me from surgery! My deeply ingrained toenail, according to the doctor, would have been treatable only surgically. Ms. Schüttauf-Blatter has managed to regain the nail with a lot of patience and empathy by means of a clip. Thanks a lot!
