I've been training in Pro Active Roth for 5 years and I'm still very satisfied. In addition to strength training, I also do EMS. Which is absolutely great :-) The 20 minutes EMS are perfect, especially if you are short on time.

Not recommendable . Appointment for trial training was arranged and when I appeared nobody knew anything and I was informed that the appointment for trial training was the next day and at a different time. On request I was held responsible for this although there was another person who can confirm the appointment. I find that something organizationally disappointing and weak, especially because I chose the studio based on all the positive reviews.
