Unimaginable ... the dress handed in and got back with an open seam and missing pearls. Boss absolutely unapologetic and outrageous. "Not his problem" ... He is not liable. NEVER AGAIN and NOT RECOMMENDED

I handed in a Hugo Boss suit with 2 normal stains. When I unpacked the "cleaned" suit at home, there were suddenly small holes in the place where previously there were stains. On the part of the cleaning, you deny any guilt and the boss was also very unfriendly, unprofessional and aggressive. No solution offered and very naughty. Probably the moths there !! Just never hand your things over there !! Well-intentioned advice !!
