Competence is limited. Fitters worked almost 2 hours on our defective heating and telephoned quite a long time with the manufacturer to shut them down finally, which would not have been necessary. When seeking a second opinion by another heating construction company, the troubleshooting has taken about 5min and the repair 30min.
