I was in the practice today for an emergency (even had a root canal treatment) and was more than in good hands! I said on the phone that I was a scared patient and that was fully understood. The whole team is very, very nice and the dentist treating me really took my fear away. AND it didn't hurt at all! I gave the whole team the grade 1

A great team from the dentist to registration. Anyone who feels uncomfortable somewhere is just right there. Great that there is such a structure to help people. Keep it up!
