I had recently installed a small hot water circulation pump Wilo Star Z Nova A from the Fa Bauer. Mr. Bauer had me verbally promised the cost of the pump incl. Installation would be about 150-180 €. 1 day after installation came an invoice of 350 €. Alone for the pump which is to be had on the Internet under 100 €, he had 273 € charged, plus 1 hour wages for the install, which was carried out professionally. Conclusion: Never again, honesty is different.
