Work was carried out on schedule. Unfortunately, the defect was only remedied because the invoice was not paid in full due to the defect.

I can 100% recommend the company Harald Russ. Harald Russ does his job absolutely thoroughly and reliably. Appointments are kept and if there is "fire" (water pipe break or heating failure), then he is there. Appointments can easily be made without waiting queues or annoyed employees. A small Swabian company where you can be sure that you get honest and good performance, just great. Keep it up.

Russ and its owner are very competent and know how to solve problems. With our 24-year-old Brötje boiler, he immediately found the fault and immediately had a temporary solution ready until the spare part was delivered. Here, large heating construction companies should take an example, which first come in the pinstripe, accomplish nothing but write high bills. Thanks to Mr. Russ.
