Got really bad. You don't get any sandwiches at 6.30 a.m., which is probably due to the fact that the shop assistants are completely overwhelmed. But don't blame the nice ladies. Rather think that the processes and logistics are the problem. Don't fully understand the business model either? The ladies are busy sorting and baking in the mornings. Starting at 6:00 a.m., one would think that a large part of the working population would like to stock up on breakfast on the way to work. It seems more as if you are not very interested in this business. Other bakeries are better positioned there. In any case, they lost a customer as a result ... Too bad ...
Bread that tastes good and tempting cakes garnished with customer-friendly service
The rolls (standard cut rolls) cannot be called such here, especially on Saturday / Sunday. In a pizza stall, that would be "pizza rolls" at best. Always nice to raise prices and lower quality. I'm not a baker, but if you keep the blanks cold for ages, the yeast breaks. Even the little ones learn that while baking in primary school.
