Good rolls could do with more fillings

Ok bakery
The coffee and the cake were tasty. However, the coffee spoons in the cutlery box were not clean. There really was residue stuck to the spoons, not just one. It didn't look any better with the cake forks either. For a moment I thought that it might be returned, used cutlery. The compartments were also full of crumbs. After a reference to the dirty spoons, these, but also only these, were exchanged and swiped once through the compartment. I am often a guest in various bakeries and cafés, but I have never experienced anything like it. Once and never again Grote Bakery.
The grain rolls are unfortunately so soft that I can crush them in my hand without a single crumb falling off. All grain rolls. There is no granular crispiness at Grote, which is a shame for the prices. Mainly because no other bakery is in competition.
The employees in the branch on the poplar forest are super nice for that!
