The possibility to deposit money at the machine is quite nice. Only if you are shown 3 times in 8 weeks after inserting the EC card that the device is out of order and you cannot get your card again and probably have to do without your EC card for the whole weekend, that is in no way satisfactory for me . Even with a new card, this did not improve ... I will probably have to make my deposits at a different bank ...

Unnecessarily high fees for ordinary customers! I have now spoken to various customers (higher income) who have never heard of such fees. 0.15 € per standard account movement, the service for the customer is increasingly restricted! Perhaps Volksbank Nottuln will eventually understand that salaries are also paid by the normal employee with an account in this house! By the way, the unnecessarily expensive interior could have been saved and thought of the end customer.

INCREDIBLY CLAIMING This was my daughter's third time at the bank. Closed each time without noticing this online. So e.g. on old women Thursday. A note on the bank was all for information. We do not need a branch bank for this.
