During my training as a yoga teacher and during yoga classes, I experience a great deal of personal and loving companionship here and feel strong, positive forces and energies radiating from the instructors and yoga instructors. You are very experienced, competent and simply cordial! The rooms are bright and lovingly designed. Every single person is integrated here and can practice according to their own needs under ideal guidance and guidance.

The Yoga Vidya Ayurveda & Yoga Center in Tübingen-Unterjesingen is a very inviting, inspiring place. The training courses are well-founded and systematic, without being rigid. What I feel particularly distinguishes the two center managers Azima Wiesner and Sarada Serra are their great competence, flexibility, empathy, the love for people and the gift to promote them and to leave them free. I also find the open yoga classes with the other yoga teachers here, in addition to the training, very enriching. All in all 5 stars from me with a big thank you to everyone who creates this place together 🌞

I go there every now and then for a massage (Ayurvedic, with oil) and have already participated in yoga classes. The staff is very nice and approachable, you feel comfortable :) The location: The center is idyllically located on the edge of the Unterjesinger vineyards and has two beautiful garden areas. Inside, the rooms are distributed on two levels, personally I find it cozy, tidy and attractively designed. I always like to come to you!

Yoga as mass processing, rehearsed, hollow, pseudo-spiritual phrases, self-centered yoga. Who likes it Not me!
