I was looking for a new hairdresser and got an appointment the following week. I felt very comfortable on site. I paid 55 € for washing, cutting, leveling and styling hair. After washing and blow-drying for the first time at home, it unfortunately turned out that the cut did not meet my expectations. A phone call later I was allowed to come by again for free and everything was changed according to my wishes. Great service!
