After 3 times visiting this hairdresser, I can summarize the following points: POSITIVE: + the waiting period is very short + the prices are very good + near central station NEGATIVE: - the staff seems to be very cold, nobody does smalltalk or at least tries to make the impression that they're interested in you - it's a matter of luck what quality you get: during my 3 visits, I recognized that some employee are very professionell and well skilled, while others aren't. 2 of 3 times I was happy with the haircut, 1 of 3 (the last time) I was totally disappointed The last time: - the behavior of some employees: during my last visit already the beginning gave me a bad impression. Some employees sat outside on the stairs and smoked and I had to squeeze myself into the entrance. Then during my haircut the hairdresser stopped his work to make a call and left me on the chair. I wouldn't mind if he had politely apologized, but he just went away. After five minutes he came back to finish the cut. My sides where asymmetrical and the transition between my long and short hair was crooked. I asked him whether he could style my hair a bit, an ability I expect from a well trained hairdresser, but he made it worse... Maybe he had a bad day or was a bit distracted, I don't know. After all I can say that Karizma is a "okay" hair saloon, but you need some luck to get the right hairdresser. But I wouldn't recommend it, especially for people who want to have a more difficult cut than the mainstream ones.

Very, very good salon and very good professional advice and support, as well as a very nice staff. The boss is a great, loving and competent boss who knows something about her subject, as a master hairdresser. We always look forward to our next appointment. You rarely find something like this.

I wanted to lengthen my hair and he cut it. I didn't want to cut them up, he cut at least 5mm. Exactly the opposite of what ivj wanted. I didn't want him to wash my hair but he did it anyway and I had to pay extra. And the color didn't work either
