Terrible taste and rude attitude. Never come here again.

I do not know where to start.... I had an appointment at 9 a.m. and was rudely referred to a place by an older man. I waited there for a long time because the lady who was supposed to cut my hair (despite having made an appointment) wasn't there yet. When this came it all went very quickly. Washing hair, cutting tips and blow-drying a little all in all took about 15 minutes. Since I only wanted to have the tips cut and I had no extra wishes, I am satisfied with the result. However, I might not have been able to express any wishes, as there was no conversation I had in mind. But ... the lady knows her trade. For the price I expected little or no service, but was then a little perplexed by the roughness and haste with which I was treated. When washing my hair, for example, neither the temperature nor the sink was set to me (I had to squeeze in a little uncomfortably). When cutting the comb quite roughly guided, ... The other employees did not contribute to a good mood either. The two gentlemen who were present sat down in front of the door and smoked what could be smelled in the whole shop. Another customer complained, but the gentlemen stayed where they were and my hairdressers only had to close the door to prevent the stench. Finally, I can only say again that I am satisfied with the result. If you don't mind the above and just need a quick haircut, I can recommend this hairdresser, I would advise against all others.

Top master! Did everything necessary to get my wife's hairstyle and exactly how my wife wanted it. Even when the hair coloring did not work at the first attempt, the master was calm herself. Great value for money!
