When they are there, they work relatively fast and are very friendly. But to get them to come first is really horrible. I have now called over 3 weeks ago and announced that the repair of the heater was another error apparently (the previously was not detectable) and despite Nachhakens not even received a single response.

Unfortunately, no good experiences at all: Has built a whole residential area, all heating thermostats are set incorrectly, no hydraulic balancing made, installation instructions ignored by the manufacturer. Of the flooded apartments and the everyday Murks (things not properly screwed, special equipment in the wrong apartment built, connection forget, heating in the wrong houses parked, ...) we do not want to talk ...
