Unfortunately not to be recommended, because despite cancellation by Landal, and despite the promise that I will get my money back in full (even from 2 different employees), despite existing terms and conditions, which state that it is my right to refuse a replacement offer and the money will be refunded instead and despite existing laws, I received a voucher via copy & paste mails! The organizer is stubborn and sends out these vouchers en masse. I now have additional costs for registered mail in the amount of EUR 10. In the meantime, almost all well-known providers reimburse the money (Alltours, DerTouristik, FTI, Schauinsland Reisen etc.), but Landal thinks he can make his own rules. Of course I will fight, I already switched on PayPal and my lawyer, through the legal expenses insurance, because I know that by law I am entitled to my repayment and I can refuse a voucher. We have lost trust in the company and would currently no longer book there, as you can now unfortunately see that if there are problems, it does not work in a customer-oriented manner. In the meantime, one also receives e-mails from Landal referring to alleged Dutch law, here the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is cited, but also only RECOMMEND the voucher solution, because ACM quote "The basic principle remains that consumers in the event of cancellations generally entitled to a refund. This is a statutory right that ACM cannot override. " On the side it says that it is a LEGAL RIGHT in the Netherlands, as in Germany, that you are entitled to a refund! Unfortunately, you won't get your money back without a lawyer.

Absolutely not to be recommended. Since the current circumstances, absolutely no one can be reached. Faxes are switched off, e-mails are not answered and telephone calls are ignored. The only reason why phone calls are forwarded at all is the chargeable hotline. Sounds like cheating to me.

Corona cancellation requires a voucher. Despite multiple objections, the company only issues vouchers (valid for only one year! Who knows when you can really go on vacation again. Caution, insolvency risk) for non-vacation. I recommend everyone affected to contact consumer advice centers or to hire a lawyer. The company violates current law. Otherwise I like the parks very much. Only my confidence in the prepayment for the vacation is on the ground.

After more than 4 months and countless letters (the last was the immediate threat of legal action) only now the money has been reimbursed. Never again LANDAL !!!! This is not how you deal with customers.

Unfortunately, the responsible people at Landal have taken a free shift when it comes to customer satisfaction, otherwise I can't explain it with the best will in the world. We would have been willing to postpone the vacation by one year, but at the same time raise the prices by over 35%, for the same service it is cheeky! The group "Landal Injured" already has over 400 members on Facebook. If someone doesn't wake up in marketing and sales soon, Landal will lose a lot of customers. I will extend the deadline again by 10 days and then give the correspondence to the lawyer. As a rule, it then also costs the lawyer's fees and the default interest. Just don't understand how to deal with existing customers here?!
