Had been there as a patient for years and was always satisfied before. However, I now find that the competence has deteriorated a lot and that's why I switched. With three practice locations, I also think that you got a lot on your neck. Among other things, I find dealing with medical assistants sometimes very clumsy and unfriendly. It was really a shame to have very good doctors.
