Miss Dr. Luxenburger does not make a competent impression. She doesn't seem to value hygiene as much as a friendly tone. Very unfriendly on the phone and on the patient's spontaneous needs, she seemed extremely disorganized, almost overwhelmed. She feels personal sensitivities towards her. Professional is different. Not recommendable....

Competent .. nice .. talked about Ochen .. therefore often hectic .. just a lot going on. Nevertheless .. recommendation

I can not recommend this practice. Diagnostics is probably just a coincidence.
