During an agreed home visit, we found my father lying half-dead on the floor. Instead of taking care of him, I should see if he was injured while the doctor, completely relaxed, set up his laptop and asked me for the insured card. Although my father was a patient in the practice, I was asked what medication he was taking. Only after my request was an ambulance called with the words: someone is lying here in a neglected state. In front of the front door they first had a chat with the paramedics. I was completely beside myself because I had only lost my mother 4 weeks earlier. In the end my father didn't make it either. This doctor has no tact in my eyes.
