Always friendly staff and, despite nice conversations with the customer, tries to work quickly and the prices are also very fair. Of course, because of the Corona requirements, you have to bring time as every place is disinfected and cleaned after the customer. Likewise, the process on the customer takes longer because there is a lot to consider, so that nobody should touch and meet you in any way, so take your time to wait and that should not mean bad, it is part of the moment, many thanks to the team on site .

Read the review, one thing in advance: there was a very nice conversation, I described the complaint + I was immediately given a generous u. accommodating agreement offered. I will continue to have my hair cut there or in one of the other branches. Short waiting time early in the morning if you arrive before 9 a.m. But: haircut is a complete disaster. The penultimate time both sides of different lengths, no trace of hairstyle. A few days later, trimmed by a colleague, very good, but again several km + at least 40 minutes of driving time. Now I was currently back. The lady no longer works there, as was the case with the previous one, so it was another one again. NOTHING was as desired, too short, uncleanly cut. So back there, I was still shopping, wanting to cut in steps, cut the side, hair not tucked away, cut out of the wrist. Already on the street everyone was staring at me, at home I could have pulled my hair out + screamed. So on the same day the 3rd !!! Time there. This time the colleague corrected what could still be saved. Even now several km + 40 min. Drive. Dirty all day. This time I want my money back and think about what else to do there. It does not make sense that it has to be cut more often. A mistake can always be made, but "forgot" a page, then cut holes instead of steps - something like this is the lowest level and not acceptable. During the day waiting time, constant change of staff, once you have found your hairdresser and are satisfied, she is often not there for long. Always a different one, so I prefer to find a new salon with an appointment. Over the years the quality has decreased significantly here, the prices have risen.

I am very happy there and always satisfied. Nice staff and competent. I like to wait if the service and the result is good and it always is.

Too long waiting time for a modest result in addition, X times it is pointed out that the hairstyle is broken or something else to simply ask for more money at the end.

Eternal waiting times. Quite expensive. Haircut OK
