I've never seen anything so incompetent like this store. Bought lamp a long time ago and now the transformer is defective. This company is not able to call someone back, let alone cancel it, that they did not want to order anything.
I was told by phone that I would be called back.
Then personally introduced without success. Boss is not there, but he will call back. Again nothing. Maybe to buy lamps ok, but an absolute rivet when ordering spare parts.
