Very nice staff. Was received warmly and passed on to a consultant who was also very pleasant and nice. My request was quickly resolved and I can only give 5 stars. You also have to understand if the shop is full or only 2 switches are open.

One star is still too much, underground customer service🙄 I have not been a Stadtsparkasse customer for a long time, but yesterday I wanted to exchange money for a trip in the branch. Since the cash register was not manned and there was a queue about 15m long at the normal counter, I wanted to ask a passing employee where I could exchange money. There are several criticisms here, but many generally apply to the Stadtsparkasse Magdeburg. But the service is really not very committed or friendly in this office. Furthermore, it is almost unacceptable that you have to drive to get money in the city to the Hasselbachplatz, or must consider the scant opening hours. The services of the Sparkasse in Magdeburg are in comparison quite expensive and not very customer friendly, for everything you will be asked to pay.
