A CHEATER During my regular dental check-up, I happened to ask my dentist about Invisalign treatment. Initially, I was told I do not need to pay for anything until I decided to take the service. Even though I asked them if I have to pay for the moulds and all that, I was not informed that I am obliged to pay for it. Neither they gave me any papers to sign. Then after a few weeks, they gave me costing which was expensive and I decided not to take the service. This all happened in mid-Feb 2020. Then nearly after 4 months, they sent me a bill of 136 euros. I went back and the reception lady told me it was a mistake and I have to pay the bill. So I decided to meet my dentist with whom I have talked about. Very surprisingly, she became rude with me and said they spent so much time in consultation and costing and all this cost extra and my health insurance do not pay for it. Even I said I knew about that. Further, she said nothing in Germany is Free. Bla Bla... Auf Wiedersehen. And I was left with 2 options: either to pay 70 euros or to go to the lawyer. Since I am an international student and did not understand all she said. I felt like I was cheated. I know it is not a big amount but still, it is a lot for a student. So be careful with them..

Dr. For me, Lüdecke is simply the best dentist on this planet. Here my male teeth have already been removed, my wisdom teeth pulled and even with the normal dental examinations of everyday life I always feel good. Doctor Lüdecke is supported by a very friendly team. Everyone here always has a smile on their faces. Everything looks very harmonious and super professional. The practice is nicely furnished and you can tell that people work here with heart and mind. Thank you very much for everything. I always like to come back.
