I have been a patient in this practice for a year. I feel in good hands there. Miss Dr. Neumann and Dr. Kaibel are great doctors. The practice team is also very friendly and attentive. I have the feeling that I am still being treated as a person and patient.

Wanted to make an appointment at short notice because of an inlay that had fallen out, but was dismissed on the phone. I have not been there for a long time, only a doctor there because of vacation time, everything was full, etc. After this experience I would prefer to have another dentist in Hegelstrasse contacted, where a friendly office hour helper asked the doctor whether I could intervene at short notice - which went immediately there.

I have been a patient in this practice for many years. During this time I was met by both Dr. Kaibel and Dr. Neumann, who literally caught me with my chronic pain, so that I am now largely free of pain. All treatments (implantation, removal of whiteness teeth, bridges, etc.) proceeded without complications and without unnecessary pain. The team and doctors are very nice, open-minded and both medically and personally competent.

To Dr. med. dent. I wouldn't go Kaibel anymore. After waiting months for the appointment, shortly before the operation, she completely questioned my agreements with her. She didn't even bother to answer the phone personally and wanted to postpone the operation shortly beforehand, although I had organized 2 weeks vacation afterwards and a previous bag cleaning around the appointment. Shortly before the procedure, she asked for a 3D X-ray, although this idea (after reading through her information sheet) actually came from me. Since her device was not working at the moment, she wanted to completely transfer me to another clinic with a functioning 3D X-ray machine, which should also take over the entire procedure (I found out about that there by chance, she didn't even tell me personally, I was also not asked), even though we had made special agreements months beforehand, which I should have discussed with the new clinic from scratch. Since I refused the referral and continued to insist on my original appointment for the procedure with her, she suddenly made the condition that I had to have the 3D image made in your practice after the repair in order to still be able to have the procedure carried out on her the appointment would be reassigned. Why? Originally, I had been confirmed an appointment without a 3D X-ray. That was suddenly no longer valid from your side. She also wanted to renegotiate with me shortly beforehand about the agreed conditions of the operation. All this gave me months of lost waiting time. I prepared myself mentally for the procedure myself. This caused a lot of additional stress for me as a patient, which is not exactly beneficial to health before an operation. At no moment did I receive any apology or explanation from her. I felt incapacitated, not taken seriously and fooled. However, I cannot judge your surgical skills here.
