Highly recommended! At first I was skeptical about EMS. At some point I read a study about it and gave it a chance. In combination 2x regular strength training and 1x EMS per week it is very effective. I regularly notice the sore muscles days later. Tina is a great trainer, even if I sometimes have the impression that our torments give her a little too much pleasure! ;)
