Had a nice stay there. The staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Great haircut and styling! Kudos to Mrs. Krone!

Yesterday was my first and last visit to the "Styleboxx Magdeburg" hair salon. At first I was surprised with utopian prices although a reasonable price was mentioned beforehand by telephone (1 week before). Of course, I as a customer, because something "misunderstood or was it a mistake". After a short exchange about my last visit to a Kliersalon, I should hear in a derogatory voice from another hairdresser "we don't care what DIE paid for". After this statement, my visit was over. I think no matter whether new or regular customer, nobody has to put up with it. Hairdressers in such a way that one should be trusted should be responsible for your wrongdoing.

Hairstyle completely failed (individual very long strands of hair were not cut), completely disinterested employees (The colleague sat with the smartphone right next to me and paid no attention to me).

No idea about styling, not according to type, no heat protection used for smoothing ... just unprofessional .. expected more from a specialist ..
