A little pearl among the pharmacies in Stadtfeld and it is my first choice every time. The advice is very competent and the employees take their time and always have an open ear. This pharmacy was the very first choice for me, always an open ear and competent advice. I felt safe. Unfortunately, some things changed for the worse in the course of the past year. I was given the wrong medication several times, and once it could even have been dangerous for me. Calls about this came days later, and for an exchange I had to go to the store myself, even though I was sick. Even the partial change in staff could not be welcomed in every case. The crown was put on a few days before the end of the year. The pharmacy made another mistake at the beginning of the year, this time in the billing. At the end of December it occurred to them that, despite the exemption from co-payment, I should make a co-payment for this drug, so late in the year that I had no chance of a reimbursement. According to my health insurance company, this approach is incomprehensible and lacks any logic. Here customers are punished for mistakes made by the pharmacy, customers who have very often received a lot of expensive drugs, customers who make the pharmacy live. For me, I don't yet know exactly where I will get my medication from in the future, but at least I don't know where.

I have known Mr. Rüter for a long time when he was still working in the Kosmos pharmacy in the stock market. Always nice and friendly. He is particularly distinguished by his competent appearance. I wish him all the best.
