I wanted to make an appoitment and got it over the phone, but when it came to a visit, I was told, that I have to make the appointment personally, So I was waiting for the visit 4 days... the visit was even booked, but the receptions (very unfriendly) informed me, that I have to come to register personally... In one hour or there is no possibility to keep the booked visit for the later time..... Good luck, these GP and his stuff is still in the DDR Times, arrogant and not willing to support and what even worse, missinforming. Better choose another doctor and GP

Since moving to this community practice, I have only had good experiences so far. Although the waiting time is sometimes really long, it is still worth waiting, because there you as a patient are still heard and taken seriously. Even my husband has not regretted the change. My problem, especially last year, was tackled very well and I was recommended to a specialist. Super doctors - team 🍀 and the sisters up front just as competent and friendly.

A really nice and understanding doctor. You can come to her with any complaints and so far no misdiagnosis.

I was with the other doctor who works in the field because of mental illness. Zero understanding and hardly any help. On the contrary, even allegations came. So I can not really recommend them for such problems. Never again.

Very friendly team, super medical assistants and the doctors take time for their patients.
